This vehicle uses an improved Chinese system similar to the Russian Pantsir-S anti-aircraft systems. Instead of the 2A38M 30mm cannons, a Chinese copy of the AK-630, which is presumably the H/PJ-13 30mm cannon, is used. The anti-aircraft missiles are similar to the Russian Pantsir-S, housed in 12 Shorad missile tubes that can engage targets up to 25 kilometers away.
