The project is based on the design of the imported S-70 helicopter. Externally, the Chinese helicopter is similar to the American prototype. It has the same aerodynamic scheme and a similar fuselage of large elongation with a characteristic low profile and large width. Especially for the new helicopter was created a new electric remote control system. It also uses up-to-date navigation and communication systems, which favorably differ from the equipment of older imported equipment.
